The black carpet debut for the film took place in Los Angeles with the whole cast there, stepping out. London stars in the Kenya Barris-directed comedy alongside co-stars Eddie Murphy, Nia Long, and Jonah Hill. The project marks her return to acting since 2021’s Without Remorse.
For the premiere, the 38-year-old served in a velvety pink mini dress with long sleeves by Alex Perry. She paired the looks with Femme La strappy sandals.

Lauren London Explains Why She Felt ‘Safe’ Returning to Acting for ‘You People’
The star told ET this week that she felt safe taking on her latest role after taking a small hiatus from acting. In 2019, Nipsey Hussle. Lauren’s boyfriend and father of her son Kross, was fatally shot in L.A. Since the tragedy, she’s made rare public appearances while focusing on healing from the situation.
I felt very safe because Kenya is a friend of mine. I felt very protected and taken care of on this set. I think when you feel safe in a work environment and any environment, you’re allowed to just flourish and blossom in that way.
